This enchantingly bright nut butter is like spreadable lemon coconut cookies in a jar, hence the name change from “Lemon Coconut” to Lemon Cookie in March 2024.
Organic cashews, real lemon, Organic coconut nectar, and flaky Jacobsen sea salt combine with the crispy texture of house-toasted coconut to make an out-of-this-world burst of sweet sunshine.
