Mozzarella is a smooth, and “stretchy” white cheese with a mild flavor that is made from either part-skim or whole milk. Mozzarella is usually thought of as “pizza cheese” however it is also marvelous when added to casseroles, on grilled sandwiches and a host of other Italian dishes.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Natamycin (to inhibit mold)
