Ingredients: Unbleached/Unbromated White Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Whole Rye Flour, Water, Sourdough Starter, Caraway Seed, Salt

Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. The bread has a sour taste and better keeping qualities than bread made with baker's yeast, due to the lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli.
