Equinox Botanicals Elderberry Syrup harkens back to “Folk Herbalist” roots. Borrowing from an old Appalachian recipe, they combine elder flower, yarrow, lemon balm, peppermint, slippery elm, and propolis with organic American elderberry juice concentrate, honey, glycerin, and brandy to create a super concentrated syrup that is both nutritious and delicious.
