Heating instructions: Place the foil pan of enchiladas into the oven at 425 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches above 165 degrees. Heat the beans in the microwave in 1 minute intervals with the lid cracked, stirring in between each minute in the microwave. Add about 1/8 c. of water to the rice and heat for 1 minute intervals , stirring in between.
